Terms, Conditions & Policies

The following Terms, Conditions, Policies, and so on apply to your use of FidoFountain.com (our “Site”) and any products or services offered at our Site, including our dog park fountains and pet waste stations. Your use of our Site means that you accept and agree to everything on our Site, which also includes, but is not limited to, every time you call, email, text, or purchase. If you do not agree to this, please do not use or access the Site, place orders, or engage with our products. We revise and update our policies from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our Site and communications of any kind via any platform mean that you accept and agree to the modified Terms, as notification is not required; it is your sole responsibility to visit frequently. Furthermore, you have also agreed that you have read all Terms, Conditions, Policies, Product Details, and our return policy for fountains prior to any purchase and therefore know and agree to everything.

All Custom Orders for products such as dog park fountains and pet waste stations are made from scratch and tailored to order. Please be aware that these items cannot be returned or canceled at any point in time or during any production stage for any reason. Sold FOB. All sales are final. All rights reserved. Subject to change and/or availability. This statement serves as your acknowledgment and agreement regarding our return policy for fountains.

Most items ship free. Shipping for the few items that do not are usually custom order item in which shipping cost is based on weight, size and method of delivery as selected by you.  As such, Order Processing Times, Shipping Rates, Estimated Delivery Times and Options will vary depending if product is custom made to order, in stock and or on back-order.   We do not ship to PO Boxes and we do not ship outside the continental us.  Once product has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with tracking number letting you know that your order has shipped so you can easily check for status.  The estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 business days for in stock items and 7-10 business days for custom made to order items.  If you order is lost stolen or damaged, please refer to that policy below.  If you need to ship back an item, please refer to our General Return Policy below.

Since shipping carriers give anywhere from 5 to 7 days to file a claim on your behalf, you are required to immediately notify us in writing via email only within 5 days of the delivery date if the product, such as dog park fountains or pet waste stations, has not arrived, is lost, damaged, and/or stolen. The email must include your order #, full billing name, address, and phone #, as well as the full ship-to name, address, and phone #. Please note that each carrier, i.e., FedEx, UPS, USPS, and others, has different response times which we have no control over, but usually take about 7-10 business days and is not a guarantee. If you fail to do this, you agree that we are not responsible for any product that is lost, stolen, or damaged, and you release us from any and all liability thereof. Furthermore, you also agree not to dispute the charge for any reason, as this also serves as your acknowledgment and agreement. Please note there is a $50 processing fee plus a 3.5% transaction processing fee per dispute related to our return policy for fountains.

All products, including our dog park fountains and pet waste stations, must be new, unused, and in their original resellable packaging. You must notify us in writing via email only within 5 days of the delivery date. The email must include a picture of all products, your order #, full billing name, address, and phone #, as well as the full ship-to name, address, and phone #. There is a 20% restocking fee plus the return shipping label cost, both of which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that all sales on custom products are final, and this is part of our return policy for fountains. No exceptions.

Always use a Certified Professional for Install.  Failure to do so, will result in voiding the product's warranty.
